Do clients need to create an account?
Only if they want the app. You can add anyone as an offline client and track everything without them signing up at all. When they do want the app, they follow your invite, sign up with the code inside, and land straight on their sessions.
What if a client doesn't want the app?
Not a problem. Add them as an offline client and run everything from your side — sessions, payments, invoices you can share by message. If they change their mind later, one invite brings their whole history onto the app.
Can I run group classes?
Yes — alongside your 1:1s. Set up a course or an ongoing weekly class, set the capacity, take the register, and let members enrol upfront for the course or drop in and pay per session.
How does payment work?
However you want — cash, bank transfer, a Stripe link, or take card right in the app. Seshman records what's paid and what's outstanding; the method stays with you.
What happens when a package expires?
Expired packages get flagged, not deleted. You decide whether to extend, renew, or let it go. Unused sessions are always visible.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
If you've used WhatsApp, you'll be fine. Most people are up and running before their next session.
