How do I message a client?

Open Messages from the card on your dashboard and tap the compose icon, or open the client and tap the message icon next to their name.

The composer also offers two shortcuts — Offer my availability and Fill a slot — for the messages trainers send most. Offline and sample clients can't be messaged; offline clients are reached by email instead.
