Invoices and receipts, handled

Request payment for a session package, a single session, a course place, or a class drop-in, with a due date — and switch on numbered PDF invoices if your business needs to issue them. When it’s paid, a numbered PDF receipt is generated with your business details — and VAT if you’re registered — ready to email or share. Paid you in cash or by transfer already? Clients can flag it, and you confirm.

Chase what’s overdue, without the awkwardness

Reminders escalate politely on their own, and one screen shows everything outstanding across your whole book — so a forgotten payment doesn’t quietly become a write-off.

Refunds when you need them

Refund a card payment in a tap — in full or in part — and a numbered refund note goes out; the record updates so your numbers stay straight.

Statements and exports

A per-client statement for any date range, and a CSV of every transaction for your accountant. Clients can download their own statements too.
