What you never
pay for.
The client app
Your clients never pay and never hit a paywall. Balance, history, what's next, messages, plans, payments — all included, however many clients you have.
No cut of your money
When a client pays by card, it goes straight to your own Stripe account. You pay only Stripe's standard processing fees — from 1.5% + 20p for UK cards — and Seshman adds nothing on top. Cash and bank transfer cost nothing at all.
Your data, any time
Statements for any date range, a CSV of every transaction, and each client's consultation record — download them whenever you like.

What's an active client?
A client you're actively coaching — either 1:1 (a session with you in the last 60 days) or remotely (they have a session plan you've assigned them to follow). Class-only attendees don't count here; they're covered by the weekly class cap. After 60 days without a session a client is tagged Inactive with a one-tap Archive, and archived clients stop counting — their history stays in your records.
What counts as a class session?
One scheduled class occurrence. A class you ran counts, whether it finished cleanly or you wrapped up early. A class you cancelled before its time doesn't. A class that was scheduled but never started counts until you cancel it — about two hours after its scheduled end, the app asks whether it happened. How many people came makes no difference: five or fifty, it's one class session.
When does the weekly count reset?
Every Monday at 00:00 in your own timezone. Your week runs Monday to Sunday, so the meter shows the classes you've run since this Monday. There's no pro-rating for a partial first week.
What happens when I reach a cap?
You can still add clients and set up classes. Scheduling a session with a client beyond your cap, or a class beyond your weekly cap, asks you to move up a plan first. Nothing is deleted, and nothing happens to your clients' app.
How does the free trial work?
Thirty days at the Trainer Pro level — every feature, the top caps, no card needed. It starts when you choose to start it at the end of trainer setup, not when you sign up. When it ends, pick a plan to keep trainer access; if a plan's caps are below what you've built up during the trial, the app tells you and points you at the one that fits.
What if I don't subscribe when the trial ends?
Trainer features pause until you do. Everything you've set up is kept, and your clients' app keeps working — their balances, history and what's next stay visible to them.
Can I change plan?
Yes, from inside the app. Move up when you hit a cap, or down when your book shrinks; Apple or Google handle the change under their normal subscription rules.
How am I billed?
Through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android — the price you see in the store is in your local currency and includes any tax. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, which you do in your Apple or Google account settings.
