How do I set my working hours?

Your working hours bound the schedule picker and the availability you can offer clients. Until you set them, they run 06:00 to 22:00 every day.

Go to Settings, open Preferences, and under Working hours tap Set your hours for each day. A day can be off, one period, or two — tap Another period to split a day, say 09:00–12:30 and 14:00–18:00.
