your account.

Seshman is a session-tracking app for independent fitness providers, operated by Inca Labs Limited. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data associated with it, what we delete, and what we are required to keep. For anything else about how we handle data, see our privacy policy; questions go to privacy@seshman.com.

In short

  • Delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm.
  • No app, or added by your trainer as an offline client? Email privacy@seshman.com and we will action it.
  • Your personal data is removed within 30 days. Invoices are kept in anonymised form for 6 years to meet UK tax law; backups age out within 35 days.

Deleting your account in the app

If you have a Seshman account, you can delete it yourself from inside the app — you don't need to contact us first:

  1. Open the Seshman app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Read the confirmation, then confirm. Your sign-in is removed immediately and your data is deleted on the timeline below.

If you don't have the app

Some clients are added by their trainer as an offline client and never install Seshman. If that's you — or you can no longer access your account — email privacy@seshman.com from the address your trainer holds for you, or include enough detail for us to identify the record, and we will delete your data. We action verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

When your account is deleted, we remove your personal data, with a small number of exceptions we are legally required or operationally obliged to keep. The headline timelines:

If you are an app client whose trainer removes you from their roster, your own Seshman account is not affected — you can keep using Seshman with other trainers, or on your own. If you are an offline client, your profile data is deleted and only anonymised session/invoice records are kept so your trainer's training and tax records stay intact. This mirrors the deletion section of the privacy policy.

Deleting some of your data without closing your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. Under UK GDPR you can ask us to erase or correct particular information — for example, withdrawing consent to a sensitive intake section deletes those answers within 7 days. Email privacy@seshman.com with what you'd like removed and we will action it.
