Seshman connects trainers and their clients. Messages and announcements are for running that professional relationship — scheduling, coaching, progress, and class logistics. This page sets out the standards for what people send on Seshman, how moderation works, and what we do when something is reported.
Community standards
The following have no place on Seshman:
- Harassment, bullying, or threats
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content
- Spam, scams, or deceptive commercial content
- Content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity
- Sharing another person's private information without their consent
How moderation works
- Automatic filtering. Messages are screened at send time and obviously offensive content is rejected before it reaches anyone.
- Report. Long-press any message you've received to report it. Reports go to the Seshman team for review.
- Block. Long-press any message to block its sender, or manage blocks in Settings ▸ Preferences ▸ Blocked accounts. A blocked person cannot message you, and you stop receiving their class announcements.
What we do with reports
We review every report within 24 hours of it being filed. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, warn the sender, suspend their account, or remove them from Seshman permanently. Reports are confidential — the reported person is not told who reported them.
