· Group classes
Run classes without becoming a studio
Running the odd bootcamp or a weekly class doesn't make you a studio. Seshman handles group sessions with the same simplicity as 1:1 — minus the rooms-and-instructors machinery.
Most tools treat classes as studio territory — timetables across instructors, room allocation, waitlists for the 6am spin. A solo coach running a Saturday bootcamp needs none of that. You need a register and a way to get everyone paid.
1:1 and classes in one app
No separate tool, no second system to learn. Classes use the same client book and the same payment tracking as your private sessions.
Courses and weekly classes
Two kinds, depending on how you run things:
- Courses — a fixed-date block (say an eight-week beginners’ course) that schedules its sessions for you.
- Ongoing classes — an open-ended weekly slot that runs until you stop it.
Set the capacity and the location, and you’re ready to take bookings.
Take the register
Mark attendance per session — attended or no-show — with a “mark all attended” tap for the regulars, and automatic reminders to attendees before class.
Pay upfront, or drop in
Enrol members who pay upfront for the whole course, or let people drop in and pay per session. Late joiners can be pro-rated, so signing up mid-course is never awkward.
No studio machinery
No room booking, no multi-instructor timetabling, no membership admin. Just your class, your register, and your money.
Offline clients, too
The register works for clients who aren’t on the app — the same way the rest of Seshman does.
