Client management without the CRM
A solo coach doesn't need a sales CRM with pipelines and lead scoring. You need every client's sessions, payments and history in one place — including the ones who'll never download an app.
When everything about a client is scattered across a spreadsheet tab, a WhatsApp thread, and a note on your phone, something always slips — a payment, a balance, the injury they mentioned in January. Seshman puts the whole client in one place.
Every client, one screen
Tap a client and you see all of them at once: their prepaid balance, session history, outstanding invoices, your notes, their goals, and the intake they filled in. No hunting across apps.
App clients and offline clients
Not everyone wants another app — and you shouldn’t have to leave those clients out.
- Invite app clients by username or a share link; they accept and land straight on their sessions.
- Add offline (“ghost”) clients yourself — track their sessions and payments, and share invoices by message when there’s no email.
- When an offline client is ready to join, an invite link turns their account into a real one in place — all their history, packs and invoices come with it. Nothing to migrate.
Intake, the way you actually onboard
Build your own intake form from a catalogue of fields — goals, health, injuries, emergency contact — and have clients complete it before the first session, with consent captured where it matters. It’s onboarding that fits how you work, not a generic form.
Notes and goals that stick
Private notes for you, shared notes for the client, autosaved to each session. Set goals and track them together, and send a recap by email after a session — your notes, their goals, and what’s left.
Not a CRM you’ll never use
No pipelines, no lead scoring, no marketing automation. Just the people you train, and everything about them, in one place.
