  • Add offline (“ghost”) clients yourself — track their sessions and payments, and share invoices by message when there’s no email.
  • When an offline client is ready to join, an invite link turns their account into a real one in place — all their history, packs and invoices come with it. Nothing to migrate.

Intake, the way you actually onboard

Build your own intake form from a catalogue of fields — goals, health, injuries, emergency contact — and have clients complete it before the first session, with consent captured where it matters. It’s onboarding that fits how you work, not a generic form.

Notes and goals that stick
